How to Get The Resident Evil 6 Demo
Capcom have announced details of a timed exclusive demo for Resident Evil 6 on Xbox 360. Long story short, in order to get your hands on the demo you will need to buy their open world fantasy game Dragon’s Dogma. Full details, including a release date on both Xbox 360 and PS3 can be found below:
Retail versions of Dragon’s Dogma will contain a redeemable token that will allow owners to download the Resident Evil 6 demo. Purchasers of the Xbox 360 version of Dragon’s Dogma will be able to redeem this token and download the Resident Evil 6 demo globally on the Xbox LIVE® Marketplace for Xbox 360 60 days earlier than any other platform beginning July 3. The demo for owners of the PlayStation 3 version of Dragon’s Dogma will go live on the PlayStation®Store on September 4 in North America and Japan and September 5 in Europe.
So there we have it, Xbox 360 owners that buy Dragon’s Dogma will get their hands on Resident Evil 6 nearly two months before the Playstation 3 owners. We don’t know about you but we’re already eying up a preorder for Dragon’s Dogma…
