Desert Bus For Hope
Every year the Child’s Play charity seeks donations to aid children’s hospitals throughout the world and this is done with help from the gaming community. Child’s Play is a charity set up by the guys at Penny Arcade to show that the video games community is a loving and caring community and of course to support children’s hospitals by donating money, video games and toys to make a child’s stay in hospital more bearable.
Also, every year in aid of this charity the guys from Loading Ready Run play, what could possibly be the worst video game ever made, Desert Bus in aid of this charity for an obscene amount of time. So far they have been playing continuously for 3days 19hours and raised over $64,000 and the more people donate the longer they will play (and suffer) in aid of charity.
